For our next 12 Days of Holidays business feature, we are focusing on a brand new health + wellness business that is dedicated to our neighbourhood’s overall fitness, in a community-focused way, Denman Athletics
November saw the doors officially open to the West Ends newest fitness studio – Denman Athletics. Owner and Director David Henderson has been a resident of the West End for the last 7 years and was delighted to be able to bring a boutique training facility to the heart of Denman Street! He is excited to build a tight community made up of people of all abilities in the area, that have a common goal of improving their overall health and wellness.
The team have a strength & conditioning approach to training. They offer personal training and small group coaching, perfect for the current provincial health restrictions and for individual attention.
Whether you are completely new to setting fitness goals or you are a seasoned athlete – you will be met where you are at by their caring and professional team and coached to your specific goals.
The space is open and airy featuring customized art work on the walls the encompasses some of the West End and Vancouver iconic landmarks – it truly is a welcoming and fun environment to work on your physical health.
If you are looking to start your own fitness journey or you know of others in the area that have these common fitness goals – Denman Athletics is where they will get the most effective and individualized training experience.
If 2020 has taught us anything it’s that we must prioritize our health and well-being now more than ever. Denman Athletics mission is to help the West End community do just that, all in an environment that is welcoming and positive!
