The Dream Bubbles

An Installation in English Bay from November 17 – 27, 2022

Welcome to The Lumière Dream Bubbles where we have imagined four realms that explore the Worlds of The Dreamer. Dreams exist in all of us. The Lumière Dream Bubbles express the connection to ourselves, our families and community, our planet Earth and our Universe.

Dream Bubble One is Spring, innocence and the flutter of thought. The potential of a written word and its meaning are as spontaneous as butterflies in a garden.

Dream Bubble Two, in Summer, is family and community coming together to celebrate the occasion of a young Dreamer’s unique self-expression through creativity, joy and uniqueness.

Dream Bubble Three as Fall, celebrates the vitality and strength of mind and body in the Dreamer. The organic, the fluidity of water, the movement of air and the mineral all connect us to the Earth, our home.

Dream Bubble Four is Winter and the Universe of Ideas, the imagining, where original thoughts connect and become a reality. It is the stuff of Dreaming that allows us to create worlds of science, of art, of the stories we tell and the wonder of creative experiences in our lives. The cat’s cradle represents the endless possibilities of play.

We invite you to join us inside the Worlds of The Dreamer, with the caring of humanity, kindness, pure imagination, the ritual of storytelling and the spirit of our shared experience that is Lumière…
