This is the Official Notice of the West End BIA’s Annual General Meeting (AGM) which will be hosted September 23, 2021 5:00pm to 6:00pm.
There will be in-person and Zoom video conferencing options available for participation. The in-person meeting will be held at 1228 Nicola Street. We will accommodate up to 15 people in-person. Please advise if you prefer to participate in-person. WEBIA staff will maintain a list on a first come, first serve basis. Contact Charlotte Taylor at C.firstname.lastname@example.org
For most members, we are encouraging you to participate via Zoom video link which will be circulated to all registered members 2 – 3 days prior to the AGM.
Below you will find links to all the key documents that will be required to fully participate in our AGM. In addition to this, property owners will be mailed an Official AGM package and business tenants will have a package hand delivered.
The following documents are part of this Official Notice of AGM:
- Official Notice of AGM – includes time, place, basic agenda and slate of director candidates;
- AGM Registration and Membership Application Form – we require all property owners and businesses to complete and submit this form to register as a voting member;
- West End Business Association Summary 2022-23 Budget – includes highlights from our current mandate, strategic outcomes over the next year.
