We stopped in at the storefront on Denman Street, just north of Robson. General Manager, Romy Rangi, had stories to tell about the roll pizza plays in the West End’s community spirit. “Domino’s has been in this location for 24 years and our passion is to invest in our neighbours. We know we’re the place you call when you need a quick dinner, or when you’re feeding a crowd,” Rangi said.
“But we don’t want to rest there. We’re out in the community trying to spread our pizza love. We partner with West End and Coal Harbour community centres, as well as our local schools, to offer discount coupons that turn into non-profit donations for the distributing organization. We have a thank-you program for first responders that sends free pizza to the West End’s fire crews and community policing staff. Employees at St. Paul’s Hospital receive deep discounts through our cooperative coupon program.
