Vancouver Ice Cream Festival 2025
The Vancouver Ice Cream Festival is back for it’s second year. Embark on an extraordinary, self-guided journey through the city’s most irresistible ice cream and frozen dessert offerings.
From June 20th to August 4th, explore various Metro Vancouver’s top ice cream/gelato parlours, cafes, and food spots, offering limited-time creations and signature items throughout the festival period.

Bella Gelateria – Brioche Con Gelato
A warm, lightly toasted brioche bun filled with a scoop of artisan gelato creates the perfect balance of soft, buttery texture and a crisp exterior. Nut free and available from June 20 to August 4, this simple, comforting treat—like an ice cream sandwich, but the Italian way—offers a delicious contrast of warm and cold in every bite.
Bella Gelateria – Baklava Gelato
Inspired by the classic Middle Eastern dessert, this gelato features a rich, creamy base made with baklava paste, offering notes of ghee butter, toasted nuts, and warm spices. Available from July 12 to August 4, it’s finished with a pistachio variegato of crunchy pralines for a layered blend of creaminess, spice, and caramelized crunch—bringing the full experience of baklava into gelato form.
SWEET7 – Avocado Mango Pomelo Sundae
This refreshing dessert features a smooth avocado purée base topped with rich coconut ice cream, fresh mango cubes, coconut jelly, crystal boba, and a drizzle of fresh mango sauce. Available from June 20 to August 4, it’s a tropical, creamy treat with layers of flavor and texture in every bite.

This rich and comforting sundae features a brown sugar syrup base topped with creamy vanilla ice cream and warm brown sugar pearls. Available from June 20 to August 4, it’s a sweet, indulgent treat with a deep caramel-like flavor in every bite.
