Sun Run + Road Closures in the West End
The countdown to the Vancouver Sun Run is on. The Vancouver Sun Run is returning again this year on April 19, 2026, and travelling through the West End. There will be road closures in effect this day from 8am-12pm on Denman Street and Beach Avenue.

There will be major road closures on April 19 in the West End, so please plan accordingly. Beach Avenue will be closed from Burrard Street to Denman Street from 8:00 AM to 12:30 PM. Denman Street, from Beach Avenue to West Georgia Street, will also be closed from 8:00 AM to 12:30 PM.
