Vancouver Ice Cream Festival
The Vancouver Ice Cream Festival is back, bringing Metro Vancouver’s largest self-guided ice cream and frozen dessert celebration to the region once again. Known as Vancouver’s sweetest summer tradition, the festival invites dessert lovers to create their own adventure through more than 40 ice cream shops, gelato bars, bakeries, and cafés across Vancouver, Burnaby, and Richmond. With no tickets and no central venue, participants can explore at their own pace over six weeks, discovering limited-edition ice cream and frozen dessert creations available exclusively during the festival.

Strawberry Matcha Mochi Sundae
Fresh house-made strawberry sauce under vanilla soft serve, drizzled with premium matcha sauce and finished with chewy mochi balls. Earthy matcha balanced against sweet strawberry.
Go Canada! FIFA World Cup Sundae
Vancouver’s FIFA World Cup 2026 tribute. Strawberry sauce and vanilla soft serve in red and white, decorated with maple leaf cookies, soccer-themed candy, coconut jelly, and a Canadian flag pick.
